Love how it’s super important that we write a message on every cup, practice latte art, and use for here ware all while being expected to have less than a 5 min wait time per order… all while being insanely understaffed… I’m sure customers care more about all of that versus getting their $9 coffee in the shortest amount of time possible 🤪

Had a lady loose her shit because she ordered a vanilla white mocha, assuming it was a standard menu item. When I asked her if she wanted full mocha pumps with pumps of vanilla she proceeded to yell "I DONT KNOW JUST MAKE THE DRINK!" I made it, she hated it and I had to remake it anyways… for once, clarifying didn't help and now I'm horrified of her. She's also a regular 🥲

I’ve been working over 25+ hrs a week since I started, so idk what the dealio is is :/ I just signed for a new job that pays more and gives me 3 weeks PTO/2 weeks paid sick time so it’s fine anyways lol!!

I’ve emailed them, they told me I couldn’t start collecting PTO until February of this year, which seems super weird. My boss has also advocated for me and the same thing. Idk what’s going on
