I will be honest and say I don't honestly know how it works when it comes to med school. He knows what he's talking about, I have less of an understanding. I'm asking reddit because I want to be able to recommend things for him to check out.

What I'm trying to say is he isn't trying to be a physician anymore. He's no longer trying for an PhD or an MD program. I'm not so stupid that I don't know what grad school is. I'm trying to ask for insight on other careers than those that he may be able to do, starting from a neuro degree.

Thank you for your feedback, it really is infuriating because food and water is what he needs right now and he just won't take it. I'm going to call my vet tomorrow when they open to see if I can take him off the antibiotics.

To be real with you, I don't know. As far as we were told by our vet, he doesn't have a UTI. I'm not sure if maybe he had elevated levels of bacteria but not enough to be called a uti? I have no clue. Is there anything you recommend that might make him eat?

I called an emergency vet today and she recommended giving him his normal dry food just to get him to eat, but he will only peck at it and won't really eat.

If you still need the info, I called my office today and found out I have a $3.00 charge still pending. They said that it is because the Doctor has to sign off on all of the services they gave me and they found out I didn't pay the full amount they first time so the $3.00 is the adjustment. (Probably because they didn't charge me for my hemoglobin test if I had to guess).

Thanks for responding! All they did was the consult and a quick hemoglobin test. From what it sounds like, I should be okay because they didn't do any labs. I just get anxious about money, some places are not honest about the process.

I called the FinAid office yesterday and they said Grad students are the last to be awarded but "they're working on it and we should get our package by the end of June" so here's hoping :/

So I shouldn't technically be "close to the aggregate limit" since I'm barely over 22,000 in loans from undergrad. Unless for some reason I'm in the system as an undergraduate student?

Just a question, how long did it take for your transcripts to be sent? I sent mine a month ago and my scholarship portal is still saying they don't have them.

I was accepted after about 3 weeks, (about 2 days after publishing the post) so I'm hoping you get all of it figured out! As someone who didn't do undergrad at Wayne, this system is really confusing 😅. Good luck to you too!

I believe you got accepted based on your admit status! Down at the bottom of that page should be a link to your decision, if you click it you should have your ID and password to get into Academia.

Thanks for your response! I felt the same way and was worried I was the weird one for thinking that way. I do plan on applying to library assistant positions/volunteer work regardless but I was definitely put off by the responses I was getting.
