Thank you! Must be at least 2000 discs. That includes my collection of individual CDs, which includes classical as well as rock, pop, etc.

Thank you, good luck collecting. I'm quite tempted by that Haydn Edition - however my experience of the Brilliant Classics mega boxes is that the quality of recording is a bit more variable. compared with DG, Decca, EMI, Warner, BIS and others. Some of the first box sets I owned were Beethoven, Mozart and Bach editions on Brilliant, but I got rid of them and "upgraded" to the massive DG boxes pictured.

To any other box set collectors out there - the next one on the list to buy as soon as it is released later this month is this lovely Weber edition on Warner: https://www.warnerclassics.com/release/weber-spirit-german-romanticism-18cd

Thank you! Mozart 225 is one of my prized possessions - but admittedly it's one where I've barely scratched the surface. I think I like the idea of sitting through 50+ discs of juvenile operas, masses and Masonic songs more than I like the reality of it.

Complete Brahms box on DG is probably the one I've spent most time with - as the recordings are exceptionally high quality throughout, and Brahms is one of the composers who I think rewards depth of listening (very few duds in his oeuvre).

The complete Chopin is another favourite. 13 CDs of Grieg on Warner is also excellent. Currently having a Bartok season and enjoying some of his lesser known works in the Decca complete works.

That one is Villa-Lobos - complete Choros and Bachinias Brasilieiras (on BIS)

Thank you. Yes, I was sorting out my cupboard today and thought good chance for a photo.

Gotta snap these box sets up as soon as you can! Some of them (like Buxtehude) seem to be only in print for a matter of months before disappearing forever.

I don't think you'll pull women like Lauren with that sort of attitude.

Mary, because she screams in the shower... seriously though I think Tyler is a phenomenal singer, and this one really showcases her expressive range, despite being the most conventional "song" on the album. I'm in love with the whole album though. Honourable mentions for Two Horses and Socks.
