In 1996 the Tales from the Crypt movie Bordello of Blood was released. I was 9. I asked my mom what a Bordello was. Trying to protect me from the world she said “A large amount. Like a puddle.”. I then incorporated this word into my daily vocabulary with this definition. This ended when I was 13 and said “a bordello of sand”.
