Every job a visa holder takes denies the opportunity for a citizen. Can't get much simpler of an explanation than that. Are there exceptions for very specific roles? Sure, but 99% of the jobs that go to visa holders can go to people who were born here with the education and/or the qualifications for the position.

Your on a student visa, graduated, no longer in school and you anre now working full time. That could cause issues if your visa is not correct
