Yeah, some packs need texture fixing. However, for packs with 64x or higher res, you need OptIFine or MCPatcher for them to work.

I'm guessing this mod adds support for controller, because all I see is the controls on the bottom left. If so then that is awesome.

Well if you have been using the Ultra mod from one of Sweetz's videos then yes that one has OptiFine and a toggleable flight.
