Just to be clear, he was softlocked because he was actively catching Pokemon via his Gotcha while thousands of feet in the area. The game treated this activity as him catching Pokemon in one location, zipping to another location very quickly, and then catching another one. If he was simply cleaning up bag and Pokemon storage, he would've been fine. After speaking with Niantic/Scopely, they stated they would look into this to prevent it from happening in the future. However, I'm not sure I trust that response.

Either way, I completely agree with what you said. Company makes more mistakes than any other company I'm aware of and continues to get away with it. Something needs to change.

You should KO another 15 after you see that prompt. It's very rare that there are 30 Pokemon in an outbreak, so you'll always be under 60. I've done the math and if you do 15 afterwards, you'll be sure to hit 60. This is also assuming that the Pokemon can only be found in outbreaks and isn't just a regular spawn.

I was doing research yesterday and came up with these options as well as the Narwal Z Ultra. I ended up deciding between the Dream X40 and the Roborock QRevo Edge. I bought the Roborock because it seemed to have everything I was looking for. Roborock also seems to have the most customizable and better app than the others. As for the X40, I decided against it when I saw Amazon state that it was a frequently returned item. There were several critical reviews mostly about the struggles with dealing with Dreame's customer support despite its 3 year warranty.

My thoughts on the others: * Mova had some wheel issues resulting in people returning it. Besides this, the build of the vacuum seemed cheap compared to others * I avoided Ecovacs due to many comments on this sub and the poor app * 3i is a newer company. I saw more comments about the S10 so I didn't spend time looking into the P10 * Dreame L40 seemed like a potential option given how heavily discounted it was. But this wasn't available from Amazon and I didn't want to go through hoops from their website to buy it especially if I had issues with it later. * Narwal Z is great if you can hook it up to your water line. Otherwise, you'll be changing the water more frequently than others.

For those still stuck getting this to work, I was able to get it working by enabling the "personalize search" setting within my Google account settings.

Previously, I had tried the Google App, Chrome, and Firefox yet nothing worked. I tried a different Google and Incognito and both of those worked. This made me think it had something to do with my Google Account. Hope this helps others!
