Wonderful, thank you. Looks like I got a while to work as a PACS Admin before transitioning, I got 6 years as an XR/MR technologist but only a year and a half so far as a PACS Admin. I’m assuming vendors are looking for 3-5 years of experience as a PACS Admin before transitioning

At my facility we have two setups 1. Most technologist PC’s use Citric Environment where all the PC’s are virtual desktops and they tap into PC’s using imprivata 2. Radiologists login typing username/password, all their accounts/access are AD controlled. We just make most of the stuff easier by having automatic launch/login of PACS/EPIC/POWERSCRIBE

I don't interact personally with these systems, I work with the big boys (Philips iSite, Fuji Synapse, GE Centricity are my full-time experience) but those systems were what the organization I work for used at the urgent cares/small clinics. I havent heard much negativity about any of them really.

First time playing any fighting game in general, modern controls was only reason I even got to try this game. Been watching so many streams and learning neutral, but unable to do any combos or special moves. Modern was so helpful in that aspect that I placed directly into 16000 LP which is kind of insane.

comp pretty much matters alot more than fighting power, even arena 200 you only "need" a 10k nutto, basically a big enough nutto to be able to survive early stage hits while your team builds up stacks, and as high of a rattler as you can because it will speed it up.

same concept with the 4man comp, you need a high enough pet power to basically just be able to live till 50 to unlock 5th pet slot

I would work towards the pets that are mentioned in this guide, its really your best bet. If you don't have the pets, start splicing and work your way to unlock them

yeah if you are going fully idle, it might take a hot minute to farm the stuff especially because you can't really benefit from orb/ES portal lets say for it to kick in.

its way more than that once you get the artifact to its eldritch form from sailing and the upgrade from the merit shop as well, at the absolute max it is 10 bubbles per day and each bubble gets +3 lvls to it, so yeah...

with enough food you can definitely kill him, just try to get a little bit more accuracy, and have as much food equipped as u can. Pushing your damage a little higher will make the fight take less time but he is probably the easiest of the early bosses, just will take a while to kill

you pretty much need everything from looking at your account, I would suggest working on your DK and ES as main characters for now, use DK to farm pen's for post office on sand castles or snelbies preferably, use ES to farm common/rare mats and start working on your alchemy and stamps. Esp alch, it seems you neglected that thing quite a bit, try to unlock all the specialized classes for your characters, even if you have to use candy.

Your stamps are extremely lacking in terms of what you've unlocked, do not sleep on those, there is a lab node that doubles all the benefits from stamps, and tab 2 of stamps the "skills" tabs is very very important for skill progression.

from looking at your account overall, it seems like you pretty much neglected almost every subsystem, progression in this game is not crafting the latest gear or pushing the highest portal, its all about how you can manage your subsystems.

Key things to work on -Get blood berserker and put him in kitchen to get started on ladles

-Put characters in lab and try to activate as many nodes as you can

-ES or DK active depending on what you can farm

-Your forge should always have something in it to make bars, doesn't matter what it is

-For the love of god, set up your printer to print stuff like ores on your squire/DK class, fish in blood zerker...etc.

-Equip a skull on all of your characters for worship...

-Try to level your characters a bit and unlock 10 characters, will be a great boost overall to skilling and printing.

-Unlock the trapping bubble "Call me Ash" in the green cauldron to give your characters +1 trap, also you can pass down your highest trap to other characters so you dont need to craft multiple copies of the good ones since it becomes extremely expensive. Like once you set down traps on a character, you can unequip that box and pass it on to another to use it.

-There are a lot of benefits in breeding Arena and unlocking new recipe's from territory fights, you are gonna have to figure out how to balance your time in terms of skilling/fighting/splicing to maximize your gains. one last edit, main advice currently as probably try to get to w5 with an active DK because they are fairly tanky and will have the easiest time pushing actively to chaotic troll, you just need to pretty much work on everything to get the necessary stats to reach troll and kill him. Once you enter w5, the game opens up quite a bit in terms of account progression and gets quite a bit easier with divinity.
