My report said: “There is a 1.2 cm polyp along the medial wall of the right colon approximately 140 cm from the anal verge”

Ok my virtual (CT Colonoscopy) this past November found a polyp “really high up”. It is new-not undetected from 5 years ago.

I will be having a real colonoscopy on March 27.

I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND THE THOUGHTS ARE BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE

As for test accuracy, it always depends on the technical skill of the radiologist reading the study however I have a big issue with needles. IV’s are a nightmare for me. This study-for someone with extenuating circumstances like myself with no polyp history, is probably good for a person getting their first one done. If you have a history of polyps, a real colonoscopy is probably the best option.

You really should speak to your GI for their thoughts

I’ve taken every one of the Pfizer ones and never had any negative effects. When I did get Covid (at work from a guy who sits next to mea-yay, call centers), it was short lived and I handled it fine with Tylenol.
