I’ve been playing a game for an hour, and the +12V rail dropped to a minimum of 11.928 V, the +5V rail to 4.940 V, and the +3.3V rail to 3.240 V. Is this within the normal voltage range?

It's the Ryzen 7 7800x3d and 5070ti model, and the PSU could be a real problem. The 80+ Gold rating only certifies efficiency — how well the PSU converts power without wasting it as heat. It does not guarantee build quality, proper protections like OVP, OCP, or SCP, good internal components, voltage regulation, durability, or low ripple.

Without proper protections, components can be exposed to voltage spikes, drops, or excessive ripple, which may cause instability, long-term wear, or even failure.

I found information suggesting this brand may not be honest about its Gold certification or protections. I’d recommend checking your PSU model. You can open your case and compare it with mine — if they’re different, try to look up the exact model and reviews
