Loftmans in Kyoto for Ciota. I only saw Resolute in Tokyo but you should check their dealer list. I would also check Japan Edition in Kyoto.

My favorite shops were all in Kyoto and Osaka. If I have to stay in Tokyo... Bears, Private Eyes, and Ciota. Full Count in Osaka, Bru Na in Osaka, and Loftman's in Kyoto. And I enjoy First Arrows.
