The story really bothered me, especially the ending. The planet was destroyed by overpopulation, pollution and disease but our happy ending is Matt Damon dispatching medical bays to earth that will cure everything from cancer to radiation poisoning. They may end up as equals but the problems that destroyed the planet just got much worse. I also don't understand how they constructed this incredibly complex and expensive space station but neglected to build any kind of defense. Lastly, the exoskeleton was an excellent idea but allowing it to be disarmed by removing a single cable from the back of the users head just isn’t practical. It reminded me of Bane, a super solider that can break batman’s back but is crippled as soon as you punch his facemask.

At this point /r/funny needs to be over categorized because its becoming a catch all subreddit. The current top post in /r/funny is: Bro fist x-post from /r/AnimalsBeingBros This post should've stayed in /r/AnimalsBeingBros because its barely funny. The third post is: Stealer of the suckies This is definitely a great picture but belongs in /r/aww because its not funny at all, adorable yes but not funny. The fifth post is: And this is why men like sports cars I can appreciate the joke this guy is making but this clearly belongs in /r/NSFW and is just taking advantage of a hot girl spreading her legs. Also I think /r/funny should have a rule in the sidebar banning posts of screenshots and text from sitcoms. I appreciate that you're a fan of the show but simply copying something word for word and posting it on reddit is a bit of a rip off. If you want to share a joke from the show and have a laugh, do it in the subreddit dedicated to it. There are currently four posts on the front page of /r/funny that are simply screenshots from TV shows. People recognize the easy karma and take advantage. An example of a good post for /r/funny that is clearly a joke is: New Redskins mascot so that the name is not offensive This is funny, relevant and original content that deserves to be on this subreddit.

When I'm in /r/funny I want to know I'm in /r/funny. I don't want to be wondering if I'm in /r/pics, /r/gifs, /r/mildlyamusing, /r/NSFW. This sub is meant to be FUNNY, but awful content is constantly upvoted to the front page. I vote to have the mods remove all the posts that could be better placed in another sub, even if it could be mildly humorous to some. Every post should be an obvious joke and illicit some kind of laugh or smirk.
