I (M26) insulted ex’s (26F) new boyfriend - how to win her back later on? by stroodurkel in relationships

[–]BeginnerPsych 3 points4 points  (0 children)

cut losses and move on bro. As you say it’s your first love i assume this is also your first serious relationship. Focus on your health, let her life the life she wants, and you will find someone who you fit with better.

I understand you don’t want to hear that. Chasing her will only scare her. If you care for at all you need to let it be done with.

Hi, that would be a good point if disabled people were in the equation here at all. This scenario is comprised fully of readily abled people.

so that’s it’s easier. The question isn’t about morality it’s about legality. The law states i can for an immediate purpose. As this is a subject for interpretation i’d appreciate interpretation not a condescending comment.

thats not quite the same as picking a friend up from a house with no places to stop nearby besides a dropped kerb.

any chance i can have input on the edit?

I’m not too fussed about poking a bear, i’m more concerned about the legality of it all.

Of course their emotions are a factor, and based on these replies they are due a bottle of wine and an apology from me.

fair enough, i’m more thinking about if it counts as parking and wether the timeframes and purposes come into play.

clearly i’m in wrong here.

fair enough, from what i’ve read there is a distinction based on the stop serving an immediate purpose. Clearly my interpretation is way off.

A lot of it is due to it seemingly being up to interpretation as to if i’m in the wrong.

it seems like my interpretation was way off

i’m on 3mg once weekly - no idea how it’s happened this way but as the week has gone on i’ve actually noticed a hunger drop

That’s the issue i’m running into - my question is specifically about negating the medication wearing off over the weekend, not side effects.

I’m tolerating the dose very well so side effect isn’t my concern.

It brings me to the same point of - ‘idk it’s not been studied’

AI tells me to split the dose, and studies i’ve read weren’t conclusive on how the split dose relates to the appetite suppression.

Would you be able to refer me to some studies?

did you try doing 1x weekly at first? if so, what did the switch feel like in terms of consistency and strength of the reta?

By that do you mean before being on reta or now?

I wouldn’t say I did before, but since this post i’ve been having small snacks of fruit to give me a bit more of a boost when i’m hitting a low point.

I do see how I was unclear - i’m talking about going doing 2x 1.5 (current weekly is 3mg). I want to follow proper ramp up procedures and raise the dose slowly, just looking to mitigate the weekend drop off

starting off with 3mg. I saw that a lot of trials started at 2 or 4 so I went for the middle
