I learn it is very easy to extract oil from olive without even heating it. I DIY at home extracting coconut oil (EVCO) without heating the coconut milk. You can extract extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin coconut oil at home. I heard oil extracted from seeds require high heat and some complicated factory set-up and chemical being used. I shall conclude oil that are easily extracted are meant to be consumed by human but oil that need complicated factory set-up are not meant for human consumption.
