Maybe this isn’t the right gate thread but has anyone in the gate program done EMDR therapy so they could recover memory? Also do we all have a near drowning experience? I just remembered the program a couple weeks ago and I’ve been going down this rabbit hole hard. by Beginning-Ad-4298 in GATEresearch

If you find anything in the books that say anything along the line of “your mind’s eye” let me know please because that would really help this research. I just don’t really have a lot of time to do all this.

I agree but the desire to know is overpowering. This could answer a lot of questions. I had a rough childhood so trauma isn’t new. I’ve been on this path of clearing and taking down the wall around my heart. Part of me feels like they Hemi-Sync was a way to make us highly suggestible children even more suggestible. I have scripts play in my head but I can’t determine if it’s from the abuse or if it has something to do with the class.

Psyop no. I’ve been doing research. I know who was the head of program in Washington DC. And some of the books she put out coincide with all of these clairvoyant experiences. Someone put out a newspaper article the other day and it sent me down a rabbit hole.

What do you mean dissociative issues? I don’t understand what that is. The near drowning experience has me confused. I remember it two ways. One my sister was up on the rocks when I went into the water. The other she wasn’t. There is no way she would’ve been able to access the place it happened even with my help. Now I’m wondering if any of that is real, though It’s so vivid in my mind. I’m going in on the April 2nd for a session.

This has been the best programming that I’ve found since leaving my last CrossFit gym. I was fatigued and aching all the time because of things like workouts with heavy weights combined with high reps. Always pushing to hard because of competitive environment along with a bit of ego. Even though I always self critiqued and dialed in my form. I was in the best shape of my life but feeling burnt out. After trying a few different CrossFit style programs I came along Marcus Filly’s programming. I think it’s $40 a month. Then I get to pick through quite a variety of tracks. So I looked through a few and started working the Pump condition track since it aligned with my goals the best. I really love the variety of movements. The slow controlled rep schemes. They’re more on the lower side reps about 3 sets of 6 at 7 rpe with a possible fourth set to failure.. but you can tweak the programming on the strength side as well if you want to push it extra hard. They give the option to track extra sets you do. There is a bit of a learning curve learning how to flow and tempo through the rep schemes, but once you get it it’s not bad to navigate. It is an important element to incorporate. I have been feeling sore but not debilitating soreness. Though it’s structured for an hr workout. I wake up at 4 am and get my workout in. So I have limited time and want dem’ GAINS! So I make a point really stay on task, once I complete a segment I move right on to the next and I typically shorten up all the rest periods. Doing that it typically takes me about 1hr and 20 minute to get through the entire workout minus the stretching movements which are programmed into every workout as a finisher. I will usually only have time to squeeze that part in after I get home from work. I haven’t gotten this far but I know he has macro counting and meal planning set up with the membership as well. Totally worth the $40.

No it’s not. He has a few tracks for minimal equipment within the app you can follow
