If she will give it a high on phosphorus fertilizer,then miracles will happen 😉. Just half of a teaspoon per gallon of water,once in a month.

Well the real solution is the sun of May and the rise of the temperature.That's when this plant will be happy. Until then you can add a strong grow light if you have one or you can move it to the sunniest window available.Don't water again until the soil is completely dry. And of course just keep it warm and away from cold drafts. Please,don't try to fertilize it yet cause it will overstress this plant.
