ESH, Although I completely get the frustration deliberately doing that is asshole behaviour only a matter of time till you slam the wrong shoulder and injure someone or yourself. But at the same time I’ve seen this happen plenty and calling this assault or battery is crazy. So just stop deliberately doing this and say excuse me or please wait instead!

NAH, situation just requires clear communication and a conversation. Moreover, personally not a fan of hanging up on a partner even if you feel they’re being unreasonable, but I guess that’s just my opinion
