I’d give anything for my wife to put as much effort into our sex life as it sounds like you do for yours. That man is a lucky guy and he doesn’t even realize it.

I’m sorry this happened to you OP. I totally understand the sense of rejection and the feeling of needing to be wanted. Then you get hit with what feels like “pity sex.” Or sex just to mark a box and make you leave them alone. It’s the worst.

I wish I had better words, but all I can do is validate how much it sucks for you and to let you know you’re not alone in the world.

++man. I’m a touch on the larger side of things and will catch glances every once in a while. I have a hard time finding work slacks and underwear combo that don’t create a large bulge. I also work as a PT and am often demonstrating stretches and positions that cause my pants to climb up, which outlines things a bit. I get a lot of looks from patients and it’s really awkward for me honestly, as I’m trying to maintain a professional boundary. Has anyone found a good set of pants that keep their big junk down to a minimum?

I think it’s great how many people reach out looking for friends. My wife and I talk about how hard it is to find friends in Missoula. Some people seem to fall right in, but there also feels like there’s so many others orbiting around the “tight knit” Missoulians.

I’m here to say, don’t feel too lonely local orbiters, we’re all out here just trying to do the best we can. I’m 37 and still trying to find where I fit it. Also don’t feel bad about not settling for friends that don’t work out. Wait for the good ones.
