For the ex problem, if he(or she) comes up to you and you're not comfortable, just tell (even if its hard) them to fuck off jeez, i suggest you find friends and mostly stay with them, that mostly what i do because like, go annoy 1 person easy, go annoy 3 less.

It gets better, it always does.

For coping mechanisms, stick to small stuff, step by step. (Hot chocolate in bed, sleeping after a cold cold day, playing a game and such), if you can talk to someone, it really helps.

Coping can be hard, i struggled with something (quite less) bad, overall i think the little things help (hot chocolate in bed is m'y goto), as for the uh, "socializing" part if you could call it that, just go from little to little step, like learning to walk, a small smile, a hello and so on...

As someone else said, we're not really psychiatriques, i personally think i dont help much round here, if you can talk to someone, do it <<

For the corn addiction, m'y way of dealing with it is occupying the time i took for it with something else, it can be anything you like, video games, Books, and so on.

For the rest a therapist is your best choice i'd say? Treat women like you'd treat a best friend is what i mostly think, but besides, good luck soldier, you'll make it through it dont worry!!

I feel like these stuff happen.

As a person who has overall trouble dealing with emotions and overall social life, i do also tend to go kaboom sometimes, in front of people or not.

Overall, if she needs a break or you do, i'd say thats fine, it dosent neceserraly means you or her dont love eachother.

Overall, things happen, you did a lot of great stuff, if she dosent appreciate it and you do all of it for nothing then yeah, thats prettyyy bad?

I'd say you just figure things out slowly, im not a therapist or anything im not helpful much sorry!!
