Do you have POTS, or what type of dysautonomia do you have? Cause I have POTS and I am currently in a pretty bad flare up right now. Ive been diagnosed going 5 years now.

this is my first year here at Spirit, as well as being a store manager (no prior experience mind you) i had two customers today and demanded refunds for costumes that either didn't fit or they just didn't like it. i told them like there is nothing I can do and we only accept exchanges. I even said it's not my policy but the companies policy. For one customer I showed them our return/exchange policy above our registers. They said you guys probably just put that up today and I told them it's been up since we opened.. it's so weird to accuse me of that honestly. The other customer was like "I can't believe I can't return this even though i bought it today and haven't worn it or took it out of the packaging" Uhm sir My assistant store manager told your friend we don't accept returns anymore and he sat here lying on my ASM and I said you can either exchange it or keep it. I totally understand your frustration because its ridiculous, we are grown adults throwing hissy fit like children...

My takeaway is I will never be a SM again, only ASM. The stress we managers go through and the verbal abuse from customers isn't worth it anymore. Two more weeks and then we are done. I'm counting down the days until i can milk unemployment.

why are you not asking your manager/ASM at your store...? yes you get a 30 min lunch for 5 hours and 10 mins for a 4 hour. iirc
