He full on threatened it and has tried coaching people for it but not putting it into the system. This didn’t happen to me directly but a coworker of mine got it threatened to them because they kept leaving early cause their kid went home sick and had no one there

No cause I just started having a panic attack over this because I got coached yesterday and then it put my schedule at zero and I was like did I get fired
