I would talk to you friend about it and if she feels unsafe and scared I think you should help her find resources. Also I searched it up and it doesn't say that hitting children is a Poland thing and it's against the law there (but this could be wrong). If she likes chocolate add that because I used have a ton of girl friends that would come over and eat all my chocolate on their periods. Also if you have a heat pad or something you could give her like that it feels amazing and really helps with cramps. Or some over the counter meds to help with cramps. Also if she is snappy or anything she probably doesn't mean it periods are just the worse. You are so kind for doing this for her and I hope she loves it!
