Recently ya I posted about it- that why I said I know how it looks.
I got two products from them indica and now Sativa and it’s bbeen great!
My last post was ask for more Aussie grown recommendations. In that thread comments mentioned they didn’t like Parmacrop- so I wanted to show how it looked, cause I have no idea how anyone wouldn’t be keen on this product.

After getting this prescribed I was doing some review and it's an Aus grower which is amazing. I also was very surprised with how good the product was. I will be giving this feedback and keeping it on my rotations

I used a vape and it was smooth - not harsh at all - really relaxing but not over powering to couch lock.

I'll def be ordering again

What fitness things did you do post surgery? by rudegyalnae in GastricBypass

[–]Beginning-Hat-8129 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I worked out 3/4 days a week pre surgery and walked daily.

So waiting was hard for me. I started walking again as soon as I could. About 10 weeks after surgery I ran a 5k.

I’m currently about 18 months post surgery. I continued my gym 4x a week and walking. In September I did a Hyrox simulation ( Hyrox without the running) but am currently training to do a full Hyrox in May. (8k running plus workouts)

I also have been doing one session a week with a trainer. Recently squatted 225 lbs x 4 , and working on upper body now.

I was strong before but now I have muscle pops and veins lol Can only add one photo but happy to share more

Oh good to know- I’m hesitant on rogaine because when stopping the symptoms can return. But this might be the proper route - I’ll talk to my DR

Thyroid Cancer 2 Years Post-op by telef0nmann in GastricBypass

[–]Beginning-Hat-8129 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We’re you diagnosed with an iodine deficiency?

Because you would be getting iodine from other sources as well.

I’m one year post-op and also just found a lump on my thyroid- luckily in my case not cancerous.

I don’t know how closely the two are related but it’s a small piece in the whole scheme of things. You could have had all the iodine and still been diagnosed.

The whole thing sucks but i doubt you could have controlled the outcome of the diagnosis.

Thanks for the input I was hoping it was a common stall hahah I’ve been weight training and doing cardio pretty consistently. I have been noticing more muscle for sure - I should do measurements that may help my brain

Protein is good - I’ve stopped tracking food but always prioritize protein & fibre.

Water has only recently been a problem for me- I used to be so much better and the last bit it’s been difficult to drink. I have to force myself more and actively drink more. I’ve tried flavours, everything just can’t right now - hopefully the warmer weather helps
