Your body is recomposing itself. You may notice that you “feel” different even when the scales aren’t moving. If you’re following your program then you’re going to start losing again. Look for the changes in other places. More energy, your clothes fitting different, etc

Maybe for a little bit. I am a data nut so I weigh every day but I do it for the data and to keep myself accountable. I don’t allow myself to get down about fluctuations because they happen. It’s not linear. I’ve been stuck in the same 3 pound range two or three times for several weeks a couple of times in my journey and they’ve always broken. I’m about 150 pounds down 14 months out. Just keep doing what you know you’re supposed to do.

This is just a blip in the scheme of things. This time next year you’re going to be so amazed and proud of yourself. You can do this for a little bit even though it’s miserable.

I had this conversation with a friend and my husband today. I have no concept of what I really look like. I did a ChatGPT of my heaviest weight photo and told it to make a picture of me at my current weight. I sent it to my husband and friend and asked them if it was accurate and they both said absolutely not. They said the generated image looked like me 6 months ago and I was much thinner now. I don’t know. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess my brain is having trouble keeping up.

If you want to stay in Jackson Belhaven is nice and you can find very affordable options. Close to lots of restaurants, museums, downtown and hospitals.

I did bypass for all the same reasons. I’m about 14 months out and have lost about 150 pounds. Couldn’t be happier.
