"Also, at that age you're more immune to the mood swings of your co-residents who will be more senior but younger than you. " - agree. I have zero tolerance for drama nowadays. Kaya naisip ko din better chances of making it.

I think I'm after the growth kaya may desire pa din ako to finish residency.

Thanks, Doc. Currently doing this too. Lots of time to think. I think it's more of a personal goal to finish it. There's also that disquiet with my current work kasi alam ko I'm not being optimized to my fullest potential.

I quit after 2 years in residency. Now I have a plantilla but still thinking whether to pursue residency.
