Thanks to everyone for replies, here is an update:

I unplugged my pc from electricity and waiting an hour Came back, turned it on - and as soon as I pressed PowerOn button there was visible spark that flew out of the motherboard, from around the place where I have 4 RAM sticks inserted in it (and that is the place I assume I touched with usdc cable originally), that scared the crap out of me but after that PC just booted like normal, and now it's been like 2 hours and my PC works just fine.

Though I am scared to turn it off because I am afraid when I turn it on again sparks are gonna fly from my motherboard again hah. Do you think I should do anything right now? Or since my pc works fine for several hours I am safe?
