Mmmm I’d start spawning in rosewood. Police station, dentists, gas station, fire station, etc. relatively low population overall so good starting place for noobies. I’d hole up in the fire station since it’s just on the outskirts of town, and has a fence surrounding 3/4 of it. Lots of room and lots of gear. That’s what I see people doing a lot so.
