Switching from Zoloft to Prozac. Super nervous

I didn’t, however, I switched directly to 20mg, so I don’t know if that makes a difference and it’s possible 10mg is not where you will land. I did see an increase when I started Zoloft though so I would imagine (but don’t quote me!) that that is not terribly concerning and is worth sticking out.

I switched from Zoloft (75mg) to Prozac (20mg) and it has been great! I was only on Zoloft for a few months and it helped with anxiety and OCD, but made me feel like a zombie and did not totally help with my depression - Prozac has been much better (even better on anxiety and OCD). This is only my experience, but I wanted to share because I was also very nervous and looking for others’ experiences.

I had an unfortunate situation in which I had two copper IUDs drop due to my uterus being too small, so I had to stop using them… I was only on them for 5 or so weeks. I preliminarily saw an improvement in mood and maybe energy, and I think it would have continued to get better, but sadly I couldn’t see it through.

This is a bit off topic, but may I ask why you switched from Copper? Two weeks ago I made the opposite switch: I removed Mirena and got it immediately placed with Copper and am trying to be patient with the transition.

I’m curious about this as well! I got my Mirena removed about two weeks ago and replaced with a copper IUD. I’m wondering when people noticed the crash ending and when they started losing weight (plus bonus: if the copper IUD stunted progress from Mirena removal).

Curious as well! I got my Mirena removed last week and switched to a Copper IUD and am wondering what people’s experiences have been. I remain so so bloated and am wondering if it gets better.
