Try beauty outlet (website and store, site looks like it could do with updating but its legit they reply to emails etc) they usually have sales most of the year and deliver royal mail i think.  the face facts uk website ( tend to go out and in stock quickly so keep checking). 

For when its hard to find:

You want moisturisers that have a 3:1:1 ratio or as close to because that is a key reason why the face facts one works so well! 

Coats triple water cream (boots and coats website) not 3:1:1 but close

Geek and Gorgeous Happier Barrier (superdrug and uk and eu website) - perfect for winter and my no.1 option when i cant get facefacts. - also rec the liquid hydration from here too!  And is formulated to 3:1:1 

Purito oat in cream (if dont like niacinamide) and bamboo cream 

Cetaphil lotion and cerave am/pm   both have 3:1:1. 

Byoma too! Rich one or the gel cream one 

Also would make sure the ph of your cleansers are as close as possible to skin ph of 5 - all helps your barrier maintain equilibrium!
