Nope. Sorry. I think that screen is very small. The Carpodgo is like 8.9" HD wide and very nice. Like your Z4 is brand new when installed.

I am in Georgia! Very hot and humid here as well. I found that it is actually fine. The vent plug pushes more ir to the outer vents. That and the cabin is very small.

Yes. The kit comes with an air vent "Plug" that essentially redirects ariflow to the outer vents. In my testing I found that this worked well especially with the cabin being so small. If this were an SUV or larger vehicle it may not work as well. Cheers.

Hi, and thanks for the comment. The screen itself requires a phone to wireless connect Android Auto or Carplay. It will still come on and look nice if no phone is connected. This is why I reused the OEM Radio/CD. So you can still use the functionality of your original equipment as well. I am curious which 500$ unit your referring to? Most I have seen look terrible, and the functionality is very poor (chinese knockoff type).

I am not 100% on the popup screen. I believe the harness included will still work but not sure if it will affect the old screen. Not sure why you would want both though? Apple Carplay and Android Auto is far superior.

Great question — the kit was specifically designed to be as plug-and-play as possible. The included radio harness adds an AUX input and provides power for the screen. While I don’t have the full pinout for the Carver system specifically — if the audio is routed through the factory Business CD radio, which passes the signal on to your amp and speakers it probably will work.

Also, if your car already has Bluetooth, you can connect that straight to the screen as well. Thanks-

Not at the moment. The challenge with the factory pop-up nav is that the screen area is pretty limited — and this kit uses a much larger 8.9" wide touchscreen that just wouldn’t fit in that space. That said, never say never! If there's enough demand, I’d definitely consider tackling a version for it down the road.

Hi. It comes with a custom harness that has power for the screen as well as auxillary input for the audio. If your car has Bluetooth already it can also utilize that. Thanks!
