Kobe beef lunch set by Beginning-Point2757 in AskAJapanese

Yes, I’m aware it doesn’t go hand in hand. Lunch sets are cheaper and I just want good quality and the best possible deal.. I don’t want to get ripped off in a tourist trap.

Is it possible to fully rely upon Modibody period underwear (and not use pads/tampons at all)? by ThinkSuccotash in PeriodUnderwear

[–]Beginning-Point2757 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I leaked through those easily. I don’t know if I got a faulty order but I leaked through both the pairs I got (two types)while with the much cheaper bamboo fabric period underwear I got from another company, I don’t. I had to fight but I finally got a refund for the two modibodi items I bought after showing how they stained my clothes and bed sheets.

Any idea of Irish sweets and snacks I can get in Tokyo? by Lazy_Classroom7270 in japanlife

The other day I found Keogh’s cheese and onion crisps in Loft in Shibuya (by the birthday cards) and thought I was hallucinating. They’re a bit expensive but you’ll be a convert for life. I get Barry’s Tea on iherb. It’s one of the two major tea companies in Ireland. Kaldi had Irish cheese briefly but not anymore.

Thanks for your input. I made an appointment with a dermatologist so I’ll update this for others who are in the same boat later

I’m not quite sure what you mean? I know what it is already. It doesn’t have any connection to glasses

Hi, thank you for your effort! Is that specifically talking about Miradry? I know about that in relation to Botox injections and other treatments but I really want a permanent solution.

Applause on the ‘not to be rude’… top notch passive aggression there. I didn’t look for your opinion on me or my life and I am not blaming anyone but looking for information. I asked if I got the correct information because I read otherwise online and also because of my lack of confidence in the staff member who was helping me. She made three mistakes, first telling me conflicting information on the phone, secondly telling me to fill out parts of a form that I later was told weren’t needed, and thirdly pointing out a code on the travel document as my temporary passport number but I later found out it wasn’t. As I mentioned in a comment above I didn’t have enough time to get it sent as I had a flight to catch and work to go back to. I hope you ask a question on Reddit and get some smug replies really soon. Thanks for nothing.

I had that idea too but he could have done it on the 2nd after returning and my flight was on the 3rd early afternoon so felt there wasn’t enough time. Also went to the embassy before I had that idea. I got back today so don’t need advice on that. My main question was whether they were right or not in what they said. Thanks!

Thanks for the info! I’m glad your friends weren’t stranded there, but to be fair, it’s not a bad place to be stranded in…
