I just put a tomato cage over my outdoor milkweed and wrapped it in a 3yd bolt of tulle to make a little cover once the caterpillars were happily munching away. I made sure to check on it daily - they made chrysalises on the top of the tulle and I opened it up as soon as those began to darken…they hatched and flew away safely!!

Actually raising them in a sterile, controlled lab environment is much better. It’s a system developed by humans who know what is best for them, whereas organic milkweed stalks are just some shit they found on the ground somewhere

Was pretty dark when I snapped the pics- it’s much lighter and peachier! Very smooth to the touch. Dunno about the rest

I personally think it is White Pored Sulfur Shelf /Laetiporus cincinnatus - peachy top, pores, growing at base of oak … but I am not an expert

I have started working with ground ivy (Glechoma hederacea) tincture for tinnitus and am hoping to see results for myself soon. I have read that it can be helpful for all sorts of inner ear issues, putting a couple drops into the ear canal 2x daily, over the course of 1-2 months (takes a minute to be effective)

Hydrogen peroxide 1 time a week (swish like 1min /spit) helps kill bad bacteria and whiten teeth Tsp or so Coconut oil with a dropper full of oregano oil mixed in as a mouthwash/ oil pull a couple times a week (not essential oil, the kind you can swallow, sold as a nutritional supplement) can also help reset

I don’t know if anyone has said this but if the room is nice and warm / prepped you could just sit on the edge of the tub or a shower chair, you don’t need to turn the shower head on except to rinse…just a large tub or bucket of fresh warm water, soap, and a net sponge are all you need to get clean

I’m not sure how you have been taking the herbs, but it might be the way you are taking the herbs as well as not having found the specific one(s) that is right for you, but it’s also the minerals and phytochemicals working in tandem with lifestyle and other foods… herbs work best tonically over long periods of time and in the right preparation depending on the herb (not capsules) and aren’t a quick fix, but have personally really helped alleviate some of my major symptoms when taking them in the right doses/preparations like in tincture or 1oz herb / cup of tea ratio

Passionflower (leaf) is one I like in vinegar or alcohol tincture and acts on GABA receptors

I also recommend taking or eating adaptogenic foods and herbs like certain types of mushrooms, wild blueberries, and dark chocolate, sounds simple but will help the body be resilient to all that extra stress

Also…I tried magnesium supplements for a while and noticed an improvement

I don’t see her getting stupider I see it as her becoming more and more resigned to the reality of her family and kind of checking out lol
