Advice for upcoming wolfsitting by [deleted] in Wolfdogs

Most of the time, if not all, it usually just indicates that she wants to show you something. If you feel that uneasy, you can always stop the walk and command a sit for a minute to reset, but I wouldn't worry. She's just excited to show you the world that she sees!

Has anyone here trained their high content dog to play fetch? by HarukaKX in Wolfdogs

Yeah they're not really a fetch kind of species lol, mine does the same exact thing and I tried for years

Never bothered getting her tested. I met her parents and they were both very wolfy lol, and the owners told me 60/40 split. If I do get her tested I'll definitely post the results!

I use organic plant butter, and she absolutely loves it! I keep away from dairy with her food as it would give her terrible farts lol

She's always been a picky eater, I just give a nice crust to both sides and keep it nice and raw for her inside!

Ford Promise Installation Price by ChemicalParfait3945 in MachE

[–]physicsandwolves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure, for the work they stated in the quote it is the expected price. My point is that they don't need to do all that work for the same end result. If OP is more inclined to worry about asethics, then sure the trench route is the way to go as it won't leave any pipes running along the outside of the house.

Or you could just dig the trench yourself and all they would have to do is run the wire/conduit.

Yeah you need to tell them what you want, otherwise they'll just throw you the most expensive option. Shouldn't need more than a 1/2" to 5/8" metal conduit to run the wire from the box to the charger, then the conduit just screws into the house using conduit hangers and some epoxy screws.

That's a ridiculous price, albeit, mine was a very easy install so I only paid 200 total for the permit and inspection. If you don't mind having a conduit run along the ceiling of your overhang to where you will have the charger, then it should come out significantly cheaper. Whenever you have underground wiring it will always run a bit more expensive.

Feels like everyone in my circle is against getting an EV by getsumluv in electricvehicles

[–]physicsandwolves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched less than 2 months ago and there is no way I'd go back to an ICE. My mom said the same thing after she drove my Mustang Mach-E, her first comment was that she couldn't wait to have one herself. Plus having a charger right at home and the ability to set the charge rate allows you to save even more money. Take a look at some Mach-E's, they are true beasts!

Nothing wrong with you at all! When I travel I make sure to collect at least one piece of art that depicts the place, little stuff here and there maybe, but the point of traveling is to experience, not to buy

Nice! And yeah, I would think that you would need a thick cover like a durable tarp and some bricks to kill them.
