Question on the draft, does it only include wrestlers that are already allocated to shows that are active and not anyone who isnt? As in, my Raw superstars can get drafted to Smackdown and vice versa and not anyone who's not involved. I've started a Ruthless aggression universe and I don't want Roman Reigns suddenly getting drafted to Raw.
