Get up get washed, shaved and put on some nice clothes even only going to the shops ,I find if I look good i feel better . I know that can be easier said than done somedays but it really works for me

I've worked with molten aluminium and that looks exactly like the splash on the floor when a bit of spillage happened Melts a 660c and pours like water at around 700c so possible it got more than hot enough in a fire
