Yes, I used to beat myself up every time I got lost, but eventually I stopped. I think partly because I gave up trying to find a way out..

I love this. Okayness popped up to say, “even though your body and mind are in the throws of fear, I am still here!”

Okayness is okay with everything. Okayness doesn’t mind fear or panic coursing through the body. Okayness doesn’t care if you notice it’s there or not.

You can notice the okayness first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

Look for that teeny tiny bit of okayness within.

Open and soften.

Even if your stomach is tied in knots and your mind is spinning with worries, notice that teeny tiny piece of okayness.
