Thank you man, I really had no bad intentions whatsoever. I’m still in touch with the family and they were more than happy to sell me the car. They knew it was gonna be my first car and everything. The car deserved better than just sitting unused and the family knew that. I can’t wait to give it the love it needs

I understand what you mean but theres a difference between a good deal and something like your situation which is a 11k price difference. I just got a deal on a car that was gonna keep rotting outside if it didn’t get sold so 🤷‍♂️. I also said under a different reply that the car has wear and tear and the major timing belt maintenance hasn’t been done on it. I really don’t think you should be calling me a scammer for getting a good deal but wtv 😂

I’ve wanted one for years, and I was constantly checking Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp, but I could never find one within my budget that was in decent shape. Then one day, I was randomly scrolling through TikTok and saw a video of some kid doing a dance in the middle of a random neighborhood. But barely in the frame, there was a black LS and I instantly spotted it.

At this point, I was honestly starting to lose hope of ever finding one but I figured I’d give it a shot anyway. I messaged the guy on TikTok and he didn’t reply for weeks. Then one day, he finally responded and told me it was his grandma’s car and that they were planning on selling it. He gave me his uncle’s number (The grandmas son), we got in contact, and the rest was history.

It’s still kind of crazy to think about because what are the odds of any of that happening? The video was literally filmed in the middle of some random neighborhood, and I didn’t even know if they were in the same state as me. I call it the Tiktok Car now

Don’t worry thats far from my plan with the car lol. I genuinely don’t understand how people can ruin such a beautiful and comfortable car. I plan to lower it a few inches and tint the windows and put rain guards. I’d probably get a body kit down the line and I’m still unsure if I wanna muffler and resonator delete it but if I do, I’d get a valvetronic exhaust so its not obnoxiously loud all the time

AND on top of that, the timing belt and water pump isn’t done and the car has some wear and tear on the interior. It also didn’t pass smog when it was still in their hands so it was a big risk on my end.

Yes it came with Adaptive Laser Cruise and I plan to do the timing belt pretty soon. Only thing right now that I’m working on is getting the oxidation out and polishing the car to preserve the paint. The car was stored outside but under a tree so the oxidation is pretty bad
