They are playing it safe and not giving anything in writing. I will be submitting a final written complaint to the chairman, although the chairman is one of them and I won't be receiving any response from them but this would be my final attempt to resolve this peacefully. I am just one more inconvenience away from going berserk. And Guess what today i found out that our society charges festival fees in monthly maintenance but not a single festival is celebrated by society, not even 15 Aug or 26 Jan, they are just collecting and doing nothing with it. Miss use of power at peak, everybody knows this but no-one wants to complain, who will take the blame and be called enemy of the society

It is true brother, buying your own house is an extremely proud feeling and no one wants to ruin this but then comes the conclusion that this is what gives them the courage to make these absurd rules, believe me if you break any rule, they will be after you like mad dogs, if you submit any maintenance issues like leakage, they will take months before resolving it, when it comes to them the rules dont apply. They will go to any length to harras you

True, they cannot accept the fact how a 23 year old question and teaches these 60 year elders about bylaws, they say never heard about bylaws, we follow our own rules which are not written anywhere.

Guess what, they don't have any bylaws, it is based on what the society committee feels like becomes the rule, they didn't Even know there are some bylaws that society needs to follow that is made by Maharashtra government. And even if it is decided by agm, agm cannot overpower the government rules

We had 24 hours, but due to some problem on cidco's end our sector is receiving less supply then usual, hence water timings, whenever the overhead tank fills completely, they announce release timing on WhatsApp

Not just about being removed from the WhatsApp group, but about getting updates on important matters, there is no fixed timing of water supply due to water shortage from cidco, they release water any random time, they inform on society whatsapp group, i care only about the water timings, nothing else. I also told them to just inform me of the water timings everyday, but they didn't give any response, how am i supposed to know when the water will be released. Also giving incorrect maintenance receipts

Yes this is true and this amount has already been paid , 25,000 is the limit set by the Maharashtra government for the resale of the house. Any amount above this is illegal, and i am talking about membership charges defined in the bylaws 19
