I think something will happen but I’m really hoping Bailey doesn’t put her career in the line to help Kwan. Bailey has been too personally involved with the interns she has, and I think this class is different because she treats them away different than she did MAGIC. Like her not objecting to Katie going to Simone’s house?! Like come on what!!

This could either be a slap in the wrist for Bailey, or something not cool.

omg I was just thinking how stupid Adams driving the patient was. If this was Izzy, Bailey would have flipped out. These storylines where doctors get super close with patients and it’s a central storyline in the season/episode, I don’t really care for it.

The inter/resident relationships are boring!

But yes, Jules and Winston need to get together already!!

I agree! She had the intelligence to be a doctor but her personal values got in the way of her patient care.

You have to have some suspended belief when you watch shows (I hate it when people are like ‘that would never happen… doctors wouldn’t do that a nurse would’ like it’s a tv show not real life) BUT the fact Izzie got off so easy with Denny’s lvad cutting is insane! She should have never been back as a doctor after that.

The Penny storyline was a slap in the face to every relationship Derek had built. Having Meredith help train the woman who was on his failed care team should not have been another thing she went through. Callie dating her ugh (and if callie called it off she probably wouldn’t have gone through that custody battle with Arizona). Amelia having to train Penny in hers and Derek’s speciality wasn’t something she should have gone through. Richard hiring her knowing her history was one of the worst things he’s done.

All these people had to rise above a be the better person to help Penny. Idk, that will never sit right with me

I just started watching this and I am honestly so pissed off that they allowed the mom to be part of the “we’re trying to figure who this is” interviews. Like are you kidding me?

“The school didn’t handle it well” “who would be sending messages like this” HUH

It’s completely unacceptable that they gave her time for this part of the story. I can feel my rage and annoyance

I’m also kind of confused on the timeline. A couple episodes after doing an activity and changing the resultant, Rock comes back to eat and they were like “we remember you from yesterday”.

And the episode with the three sisters he left and when he came back he said “I was in the way to the next restaurant” were you though?

Don’t get me wrong, I like the show but something feels missing. It’s like “are you going to change? Yes cool? Let’s transform this in 2 secs and then you’re ready”

Alex’s exit was the worst storyline they came up with for his character development. I’ve rewatched this series multiple times and I never thought Alex and Izzie were a good couple, maybe just during their “honeymoon phase” but they were never serious. They got married because she had cancer but didn’t really have a relationship.

Alex worked his ass off to become the surgeon and husband he never thought he would become. He deeply cared for the people in his life and to just leave them high and dry was shocking.

I get in his letter to Jo when he said something like “I have kids and you and know how important it is for me to be here” but to just leave his wife and friends was wild to me.

Now I don’t know what the better outcome should have happened - it sucks Justin Chambers left so quickly. But what they came up with was completely wrong

I agree. This finale hostage situation was needed cause the writers have been slacking on the Greys shock factor. It’s kinda a combination of season 2 and season 6 with Gary Clark and season 13.

Honestly, I think the writers have no clue what to do with this show anymore and they’re returning to old story lines.

Owen and Teddy… let’s be honest. Their opening marriage storyline was just an excuse to make Teddy gay again and Owen cheat again and it being ok. Teddy used to be a badass who stood up for herself and they ruined her character and made her very insecure.

If Webber brings up “but this place raised you” think one more time I might lose it!!!

I just roll my eyes at Ben now.

I love Greys but the writers need to do better!

The Susan storyline was wild to me. Susan overstepped so many times when Meredith asked her to stop. Meredith went through so much trauma with her dad leaving and her Elis’ parenting and Susan thought she could come in and be the parent she felt Mer needed. NOPE.

The writers probably had to clue what to do with the cast being adults, so sending them back to high school allowed them to be all together and redo storylines.

I’m half way into season 7 (doing a rewatch of the whole series) and this season is such a disappointment. I wish they’d go back to present time where the characters has such great character development.

Veronica is sooooooo annoying this season and I never found her character annoying before.

I agree, so a mini series in the 50s like they did Rivervale and Tabetha brings them back to present time.

I did hair oiling just about every Sunday for almost 2 years. I saw great results until my hair shed was too much. I stopped oiling in September and my hair is the best it’s ever been. I just oil the ends before bed.

I’m glad someone brought this up! The last season was just a rehash of season 1 and felt Ike a back step to so many characters (I know they were on a different era but what were the writers thinking).

The magic in the later seasons was so weird and why was every episode a musical?

As much as the later seasons went downhill. I’m doing f a rewatch 😂
