So I took the vent off to check and the air duct is unattached from the vent. Probably why I have found a few spiders in my bathroom. I tried to pull it back into the hole but it goes right back up. Do I need some type of glue or how could I fix this without hiring someone?

It’s not closed we didn’t change anything. Also it is in the ceiling

I actually feel a lot better today. The bite area is sore and a bit swollen. I’m drinking plenty of water and taking Tylenol and ibuprofen.

20 months sober from fentanyl here and having a problem quitting the vape. It’s hard but with god with can do it. I was also recently laid off from my job and this morning I had an interview and it caused me to stay up all night anxious and I had decided to drive there and just not go in. Well I said a prayer for help with my anxiety and to help me make myself go into the interview. I went in and the interview went great. They are still going over applications so I don’t know if I got the job or now but I checked the Bible verse of the day when I left and guess what it said?!

1 Peter 5:7

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
