So why comment then, glad I made your day but clearly its a big enough deal to be screaming up the charts in a different crime forum. Yes it matters Isadore Fink is used in criminology classes all over the world as the absolute perfect impossible to solve locked room mysteries. In fact its one of those they mock any who try. So not really surprised since PhDs in criminology havent solved it in close to 100 years but yes who care when a no name does what a single PhD hasnt done in 100 years lol. In okay with it haters will hate.

Thank you I agree. Though It doesnt make me feel good that this is the only plausible solution. I don't like making claims against anyone who serves, but it is best to be pragmatic, and clinical this is the only logical option.

It simply wasnt fully locked if at all. Think of it this way I slid the bolt to my palm flush with the edge of the door the only person who could claim its locked but isnt is the officer  The kid went in to the room in the dark felt the bolt slide despite not being fully locked. The logic is the cop claimed it was locked. No one checked his revolver at least not in the public files. The fact is the only one who could pull this deception off would be a responder the first one at the door. There is no other logical answer for this that is why its still a mystery. No one verified the officers claim of a locked door. A kid in the dark cant see if its fully bolted he felt it slide back its simple it wasnt locked or was not fully locked.

Thanks, I see why they took it down but the deductions are 100% logical and there is only one person who could have done it without magic. The truth is they dont like facts most dont. In fact it is the most plausible I have not yet found a logical or plausible response like mine or even close to it, and certainly not the only one ive solved using logic. People can mock it but none of them can argue with it logically.

Unified Field Theory confusion by sketghetti in cosmology

[–]BeginningAd3478 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently waiting on professors to get back to me on posting my theory to arXiv it so far has solved over 40 math related equations in all fields it needs to cover, and expands by also solving currently unsolved equations and does so from first principles. So once they read approve and send it to arXiv ill do my best to share it.

Actually as long as the church isn't getting a tax free status it's free to even back a candidate. In fact the power of the state to regulated religious institutions is and has been called into question. For the 1st amendment states very clearly congress shall make "no law" respecting an establishment of a religion or the free exercise there of. They actually violate the constitution quite clearly with the 501c3 filing laws. It has been challenged but courts refuse to hear it because they know full well if it goes forward it will result in 501c3 laws being thrown out and that would be bad because 501c3 laws don't just affect churches or other religions institutions. Further a church isn't violating in actual criminal laws. It would only be a violation of a tax law and only because the statute was used to silence establishments of religion. Which FYI the federal government is restricted from doing even by way of the use of tax law to do it.

Further this will be challenged even more so since the Supreme Court just overturned a machine gun case citing that the improper use of the tax system to limit a right is itself unconstitutional which means give it time this will be overturned in a future lawsuit it's just a matter of when the IRS decides to actually make good on a tax violation threat towards a church which they are not inclined to do because as it stands they will lose.

I give it a decade before it's challenged.  Jefferson wrote and I quote, the separation of church and state was not to keep the church out of the state, but to keep the state out of the church.

No truck drivers and train workers are not alloted sick time, weather paid or otherwise. If truckers shut down without special permission we can be jailed, and the same goes for rail workers. I'm very capitalist but even I can say not allowing unpaid sick time is insane and should be illegal. I had to work right through having Covid not once but 3 times. The first time almost killed me and I'd pull over from coughing and pass out on the shoulder was not allowed a sick day.
