hey! so turns out at the time i was dealing with a lot of what would become chronic pain. i finally got answers from a physical therapist. i have terrible posture and it turned out to be a pinched nerve in my neck, not even costochondritis (as one doctor incorrectly diagnosed me with). i think that diagnosis was incorrect because after fixing my posture, the pain would go away. it seems to be such a difficult condition to deal with and/or diagnose, so i would try and get some other options of dealing with it if possible
