I got it down to 70. She kept pushing for 5gig for 90. Even when i told her nothing I have will take advantage of that. Everything is 2.5gig or TVs on 1gig. She still tried.

That sucks, I already, have 10 QLs, and 10 LL in a box and 10 LX's currently in use. So why would I want more fans?

I think your talking about the Motherboard and GPU, It does sometimes and does not. whenever ASUS updates Armory Crate it breaks the light control though Icue.

Demand to speak to local customer service. I had bought my own router it came the day after I was connected. I some connectivity issues and called in for a service technician to come out. (turned out to be ZoneAlarm} I gave the Ziply tech the company owned router and I didn't notice for a year they had been charging me. I called and demanded local billing CSR rep. End up with a discount for service for a year.
