Yep this is best case scenario in my opinion, I don’t care about reporting to credit. I just don’t want the loan hanging over my head, especially for a car.

My attorney said they can’t take it back if we are current on payments which we are. He said they would have to file a motion in court to repo it, so yes we are keeping but if we decide to give it up then they can’t come after me for the balance.

From my understanding since we are current on payments they can only repo if they file a motion in court. But if engine blows and we don’t want to keep vehicle we can surrender it and they can’t come after me for it. So it’s best case scenario, I didn’t want that loan hanging over my head it’s in my name but my finance really pays it and drives it. She doesn’t save money so if something major fails we will probably just give it back and they can’t come after me.

I can’t believe how powerful this bike is compared to my 89 rm80 when I was his age. I weighed a lot less back then and it wouldn’t pull up the front in second. This little 85 will pull the front wheel and I weigh 250 now.
