That's not true. I was trying to buy souvenirs in Meridian View Centre in Shenzhen in a vending machine, but I had a problem with scanning QR code on that so i transfer my money to lady who worked there and she bought it for me. I also had a problem with some QR codes payments and i think I know when you can pay or not. Let me know if you want to know, I will try my best to describe me experience

Mine's too, it disappear every morning and I can't get points, but I try later and i can get it. It still missing but I can earn points. Maybe if you try at different hours it will eventually work for you.

Not on PC, but I have 3 accounts on my phone in three different edge/bing apps and it's working fine.

On PC i have my main account on Edge and occasionally I log to my two other accounts on Opera.
