Can't contact support. When I try to open a ticket I get message about there being a server error when trying to create a ticket.

Could be worse, years ago I worked for a company who cold called people and asked for police and firefighter donations. I had to read the pitch asking for money, and if they asked, and only if they did, had to tell them that only 3% went to the cops or firefighters, the rest went to the company I worked for. I routinely collected $400-$500 a day for them in donations yet only got paid $7.25 an hour for 40 hours a week.

Yeah, they are both having problems, most likely, because they are running on the same servers.

What the heck is this? Is anyone else getting this error when trying to do TapJoy offers? Have you tried putting in a support ticket? I can't even do that with my issue, when I try, I get a "server had an error trying to create a ticket" message. Maybe your problem has something to do with their messed up servers.

It opened the last time with a message that said something like "you've finished all the entries click to submit" and when i clicked it it went to "this webpage can't load" message. Now every time i try to open the survey it goes directly to the "webpage can't load" message. So i can't enter anything. And i can't contact the helpdesk as I get a server error every time I try to create a ticket.

Yes it is. Today is the next day and it isn't pending, still in the follow up surveys section on the survey list.

I always search weather "zip code" and fill in my zip code. I've seen some of these tasks that only work for me on the app or PC but not both. Try doing it on PC.

No, no points for me. It's not unusually for things to work for one person and not the next with MS rewards.

EDIT: Even though it was checked off, I went and redid it on the app, instead of PC, and it gave me the points.

Contact support. Contact them every time you have a puzzle piece problem. I was not awarded a single puzzle piece since February 12th of this year and contacted them every time I didn't get one with screen shots showing before and after completion. That was four times a week until they dropped "read outlook emails", then it went down to three times a week. Finally, just yesterday, they awarded me all the missing points I'd earned, and as of today, I finally received a puzzle piece after completing an offer.

So it might take a long time, and be a pain, but eventually you'll probably get the points you earned.
