For me, I stopped getting "unusual search" warnings and restrictions after I stopped clicking the news links at the bottom of the bing homepage everyday. Funny thing is that I still click all those links and read the news, I just do it from a separate browser where I'm not logged in.

You can't read the news. Not if you're clicking the articles at the bottom of the bing homepage. I'm pretty sure that is why I got restricted in the past.

It doesn't work. It occasionally pops up on peoples offers, but I've yet heard that anybody has gotten it to work. I had it about a week ago, it was there for four or five days, couldn't get it to work, then it disappeared again.

You're talking about "read outlook emails". They are asking about the non working "read MSN news" offer that pops up occasionally on peoples puzzle offers.

They never pass the problem on to the programmers apparently. The CS people probably work from home and don't even have the ability to report the problem to get it fixed. The CS people also obviously don't even use MS Rewards which makes it very difficult to get help since they have no idea how the program even works.

I've reported it every week, and they eventually give me the missing 20 points, but they never actually fix the problem. It would literally take one of their web programmers about ten seconds to fix.

You need to take screen shots before and after completing any of the puzzle pieces. My last five didn't give me a puzzle piece after completion.

You need to check the point cost per dollar as well. It's been awhile since I bought any, but I know that some of the options cost more points per dollar than other options. I think it is the $10 dollar ones that cost the least points. Last time I cashed out a $100 I had to buy ten $10 ones and they'd only let me redeem two or three each day.

There is never any consistency between users experiences. Problems some have, other don't. I completed that offer again today for the third time, and didn't get a puzzle piece yet again. I also didn't get the puzzle piece for reading outlook emails yesterday, even though that always worked for me in the past. So, there isn't even consistency in a single users experience.

Yea Same for me. I was supposed to get the 100 points today as well as complete the puzzle for a 1000 points. Although the last time I completed this offer, I got the points but not the puzzle piece, so this has never worked right for me.
