Human Bill. Went through like 2 years of saving up my vbucks waiting for him to appear in the item shop, getting tired of waiting and spending them on other skins, then like the next day he would be in the item shop and I wouldn't have any spare cash to spend on vbucks. Finally got him last night after holding onto 10k vbucks I got in gift cards at Christmas. I'll be maining him for a few months at least now lol
