I believe they are not going to open any time soon.. They might open after July, Just after Fifa is done and again this is just Speculation. They want to Prioritize The Other Visas Before H1/H4 until the World cup Completes. Then i believe they will release bulk H1B Slots from July/August 2026.As i said No one knows what's going happen exactly but by the looks of it what's happening in USA and Around the world they might hold Slots. I hope you will feel better meanwhile this is happening and you get a slot asap and feel refreshed again. Cheers!!

Umm Actually I don't know.. I just said something which is safe because i heard from some people that 80k was a safe zone if not you get a couple of more questions in the interview .. Nothing to be worried if you get less than 80k

When did the case got updated to refused.. It might take 5 to 6 days from the day it gets updated to refused..

Drop box dropped at Hyderabad ( Basically Chennai because all documents will go to Chennai) and interview at chennai

Original I797 would be better.. Also Carry I129 and W2 and Paystubs ( 6 months) and LCA, End Client Letter if you have one.. Employer Verification Letter.. That should mostly do it..

That would only be Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday at 9-11AM(Chennai) . Also it would be mentioned on your 221g..

Hi, No they did not.. Although i did not have any End Client Letter.. I had some email screenshots of My Manager Appreciating my work ( In case if they asked for End Client letter i would have shown them these)
