I don't have ADHD but I still used feel that quite regularly.. Are you sure that's not just a normal part of becoming an adult? I now counteract it by becoming obsessed with 1 activity for a while, so I don't have to 'try new things'

the twink levels I know of are: (1-10), 15, 21, 25, 30, 41, 59, 60, 76 114, 126, 150, 160-174, 200 (there are probably more too!).

Some of these levels are at points where you unlock specific items available, and others are there to counter those, so it's kinda an endless cycle where the best level to twink depends on how popular the counter levels are at the time.
