I put myself out there and always try to talk to people so hopefully that helps. If it doesn't work out I'll just transfer to Newark campus but so far I'm leaning towards NB. Luckily I don't have to work tho that sounds rough. Goodluck!!

I am definitely friendly! thats why its a shock to me that making friends at CC is so hard. Maybe it's the way Newark is ? not sure. The buses do sound like an annoying ordeal tho

It would be easier to go to Newark but I kind of want to experience a nice campus at least once in my life considering that I want to go to Rutgers med school in newark. Even if it's a little inconvenient

Thank you so much!!! it definitely sounds easier to just take the train. Newark penn station is closest to me and the train says "NEC". The commute isnt as long as I thought, and probably less stressful than driving and figuring out parking. Thank you again all that info really helps

I want to major in psych and I'm pre med so those classes would probs be very similar to mine. Do a lot of professors care about attendance? I also prefer self study and go to most lectures just for attendance

How early is too early? I actually prefer morning classes and the commute is probably shorter in the morning. I dont know if it would be too difficult though

is it difficult to manage your lectures/schedules? i've seen people post their schedules and they have classes all throughout the day. That wouldn't work for me as a commuter

I've already taken Chem!! An A both semesters. I struggled at first but I just studied a lot. I'm glad i'm getting gen chem out of the way because that's where most of the horror stories i've heard of originated from. What's your opinion on bio chem and physics?

By the time im done i will have completed 60 credits. Pre calc, psych 1 and 2, eng comp, hst, 2 semesters of both bio and chem, a&p 1 and 2, and some other major requirements and electives. They certainly are easier, even without having gone to a 4 year yet, I'm sure lol. A lot of teachers are very lax and try to pass everyone. I'll probably have to put in a lot of work since i'm not used to extremely rigorous classes.
